Hello all, Here I am, after being away for months in the Arctic (actually I was in Northern Manitoba but I can only accept the unbelievable cold if I pretend I'm back in the Arctic...) Anyway, I sign into our wonderful family blog and what do I find?? Some huge confusion over someone named Kathleen... Ah hem.... How soon one of the "younger cousins" is forgotten... Naturally everyone remembers Kathy (or Kathleen) Diletti but how did you forget me?? My name is still Kathleen Bochsler (although I am married now) and as soon as I figure out how, I will update my profile to end the confusion for the family. I tell you... you travel for a few years, come back and EVERYONE forgets you... sigh.... it's rough being a Kathleen in this family... Hope that helps all of you out. Kathy Diletti is not having an affair with my husband Dave (I hope- but I am away a lot...) so all of those rumours can be put to rest.. I am "the other" Kathleen

Our numbers are definitely growing, but looking at Rob's earlier post I realize that we're still missing loads of people. Of course not everyone has access to a computer, but it'd be great to get anyone who does have one onto the list. If you know who's missing then drop their email into the comment section of this post or email it to me and i'll add them. I've set this post to stay on top for a while to make sure everyone sees it. So, i've been thinking - yes yes it's true - I've been thinking. Smell the smoke. If posting an entire family update is a little too much at one go, then maybe everyone could build out their profiles. Maybe with a picture - or maybe just with a description. Anything would be good - especially since some of our blog names don't entirely reveal our true identities. For instance, who is this other Kathleen person. Or Robbyblogger for that matter. And of course i'm dying to know who FanUno1 is...

Who will be the next to give us an update on their family? I like Kevin's idea of belittling family members into feeling shame and guilt until they bend to the will of the masses and give in...but thats just little old me. Pat Dean sends his regards from prison where he is sharing a suite with a gentleman named "Cupcake." The Diletti's haven't posted anything yet while my sister decides on what she will call herself in the photo's. Tom is also waiting for his wife to change her name to "Xena " and to start wearing that leather ensemble. Dad and Joan are off to Vietnam. I'm starting the rumor that if they like Asia enough they will get the continent tattooed on their buttocks. And yes I will move and not forward my address for fear of reprisals. Rob

One of these pictures is of our family (without Graham) in Sept. in Tofino, BC. The other is of Graham and Krystal with their puppy. Brian and I moved to Alberta when we were married in 1977. We have four 'children'. Keith, 27 lives in Australia and works for the Wilderness Society saving forests and the like. He is very happy there and I fear he may not come 'home'. He has been there for about 5 years and the worst case scenario is that he start a family way down under and I never get to see my grandchildren. Initially he assured me that wouldn't happen, but may need to backpedal to the nearest slippery slope of over-analysis and inconvenient admissions. I think he may stay. Graham, 25 lives in Edmonton with his girlfriend, Krystal and their two dogs. I really wish he'd marry Krystal because she is the absolute most any guy could ask for and will be an awesome mother to my grandchildren.
