Hi folks, I finally took the pictures off of my camera and thought i'd post some more shots from our dinner with Colleen in T.O. Incidentally, the verging-on-chubby guy with the thick-rimmed glasses is in fact Elvis Costello. I couldn't make the dinner so he went instead. Sadly, I'm not sure anyone noticed. Except Debbie, who knows very well that while Elvis and I may share similar tastes in eyewear, we still have distinctly different earlobes. love pat.

Hi everybody. Pat asked me to post an update on Nikki's condition. She had the double mastectomy yesterday. The surgery went well, and she is resting. She will be discharged from the hospital today (I personally think it's too soon), and will recover at Joe and Denise's for a few days. She still has a long road ahead of her, so please keep the prayers coming. She really appreciates all the care and support from family. I will keep you updated until she gets back on here herself. She is so much better at this than I am! Love to all:)
