Look Nana it lights up! ....and it fits in my mouth! I'll trade ya if you let me out! Tada! Back behind bars already! I think maybe I am having technical difficulties. Louise said she posted reunion info here a couple of weeks ago and I can't find it! I will share some Chace pics as I am sure you are all waiting for updated pics! See lots of you in three weeks! Luv, Nana C

countdown to ride

Well wish Kevin and I luck. Kevin will be riding his 3rd Ride to Conquer Cancer and I will be doing my first. It should be easy as Seattle is south of us making it downhill from Vancouver (according to the globe). We leave on June 18th and finish the next day.

Uncle Rudy - Funeral

Hi folks, I called Friscolanti's this afternoon and they told me that Uncle Rudy's funeral is at 9:00 a.m. at Incarnation Parish at 400 Potruff Rd. I've included a Google map below if you don't know where the church is. -Pat View Larger Map

Uncle Rudy

God opened his arms today and welcomed an amazing man! Uncle Rudy died this morning and even though I know this to be true it is incomprehensible that he is gone. The Corsini home was an extension of my home. Listening to Uncle Rudy laugh at Laurel and Hardy. John, Tony and Uncle Rudy engrossed in the humour of these comedians. Uncle Rudy coming home with groceries, italian buns, meats, lemons. He would share his lemon with me. He ate them just like oranges! When entering the house the smell of home made sauce greeting you at the door. Whether it was Aunt Nora or Uncle Rudy's sauce the invitation was given, grab a plate and find a chair. It was home! Thank you Uncle Rudy for letting be a part of all that GREAT stuff. Today this day lemons remind me of you and they always will. You are missed.

Uncle Rudy

My understanding is that Uncle Rudy is in the hospital following a heart attack. Please keep him , Aunt Nora, Anne Marie, John, Tony and their families in your thoughts. What Rudy needs is a damn fine mechanic working on him, hard to work on one self.

Been Awhile

http://www.conquercancer.ca/site/TR?px=2644229&pg=personal&fr_id=1371&s_src=BF_emailbadge2011 Hello everyone who is not on Facebook at this moment. The above mass of letters and numbers is one of the webpages to see how Kevin and I our doing in the fund raising department. So far I am at $200 or 6% of my target number. If you look at the page it will allow you to see other members of the team. Fred is riding at the same time. I don't think he is on his little brothers team but still it will be great to see old people riding (he never reads the blog so no tattling on me). We are sharing a room the night of the ride and the newbie gets the floor which will be better than not getting sleep while others decide to party instead of rest up. Please have a looksie and maybe one day some of you Easterners can come out and ride with us. I will try to update my riding experiences on the blog : today I rode up a hill then down a hill then up a hill then down a hill then up a hill

January 17th - Big Day!

On January 17, my brother Mike and his wife Mary celebrated their 30th anniversary and Mary's birthday. Kevin's son Kieran also had his birthday that day. Then again on that day, my sister Mary's daughter Jannette and her husband Greg welcomed their 3rd child Mark Joseph. Jannette has been on bed rest for months as Mark was too anxious to be born. He waited 37 weeks and is perfect at 7 lbs., 14oz.
