Fenwick Fordfest 2007 Update !!!!

We are expecting huge numbers of people attending this years picnic, between 100 and 125 people. Because of this Mary has had to order a johnny-on-the-spot aka porta-potty. She has ordered lots of food to be delivered for the main meal and two young girls to help with set up and clean up. All this translates into us needing to collect slightly more money than past years from everyone to cover everything.
As it is now we are asking for $15 per individual(anyone over 18 years of age) or $30 for a family (family being a parent or set of parents and any children under 18 years of age). Please keep in mind this is only an approximation of Mary's costs.
Also remember to bring lawn chairs, bathing suits, towels, bug spray, sunscreen as well as anything you want to drink. Also please bring either an appetizer, salad or dessert to go along with the meats and pasta that have been ordered.
Please pay me (Dan Ford) as Mary is very busy and uncomfortable asking people for money. Festivities begin at 2:00 p.m. We are really looking forward to seeing everyone on Saturday

Bochsler Family Update

Last week I tried to "encourage" my family to post to this blog. I sent them all TERRIBLE pictures of themselves and threatened to post them here if they didn't post their own. Although they all responded soon enough to my threat, nobody has updated this blog yet. To be fair, this sort of thing is easier for me to do so I'll give a general update on the family. I won't post those nasty pictures just yet, because I'm sure there are some of me floating around and I don't want to start a war. You may remember there are 6 kids, in order of age: Mark, Colleen, Paul, David, Kathleen & Kevin. Hearing it listed like that reminds me of being called for dinner. :) Mom and Dad (Maureen and Al) are both in good health and living in that big house you remember in Ancaster. The house and property itself would look very different to many of you as my Dad's projects have really transformed the place. There are no more big willow trees (and no more treehouse!) :( ...
