Didn't recognize Matt/Fred without the moustache. It would explain alot about the number of times we see Fred. Maybe he pretends to live in Victoria but really lives on a plane so he can live a double life as a weatherman in HAMILTON. Maybe he goes to Hamilton for the air, Victoria has all that politically contaminated stuff.
