So here it is. The much sought after photo of the Robbyblogger beard. Not quite the Santa-ish image that was portrayed, but more salt than pepper, nonetheless.

With the fact that my kids HATED the whisker burns ,my beard is as they say a thing of the past.

I think your beard makes you look more like Jay Ingram from Daily Planet than Santa...

Regardless it looks much better on you than my porn stache looked on me.

Nice work.

Rob you look like a GI Joe you use to have. It's an interest look I must say.
You look very wise...that's a good thing.

Thank you one and all for your words of encouragement ,support and Tom the word you're looking for is HOMELESS. With the Canuck loss this evening I am glad I didn't keep the darn thing on any longer, it caused itching and I had a hard time figuring out if I was trimming nasal hairs or stachie hairs...TOO MUCH INFO I know but its the truff.

My hubby had a mustache for three miserable years. I hated it as much as he loved it. The funny thing is that when he shaved it off none of us noticed!! It wasn't until I kissed him goodnight, in the dark that I felt it was gone!!
I am not a fan of facial hair so I am sure you look dashing without it.

Love it! Absolutely love it. If you weren't straight and related to me, I'd fly to Vancouver to court you. I wish I could grow one but I have too many sections on my face where it's like Tundra, where nothing much grows at all.
Continue to shave it with a beard trimmer, so that the slower growing hairs catch up with the others.

Nice work.

Bochsler Family Update

Last week I tried to "encourage" my family to post to this blog. I sent them all TERRIBLE pictures of themselves and threatened to post them here if they didn't post their own. Although they all responded soon enough to my threat, nobody has updated this blog yet. To be fair, this sort of thing is easier for me to do so I'll give a general update on the family. I won't post those nasty pictures just yet, because I'm sure there are some of me floating around and I don't want to start a war. You may remember there are 6 kids, in order of age: Mark, Colleen, Paul, David, Kathleen & Kevin. Hearing it listed like that reminds me of being called for dinner. :) Mom and Dad (Maureen and Al) are both in good health and living in that big house you remember in Ancaster. The house and property itself would look very different to many of you as my Dad's projects have really transformed the place. There are no more big willow trees (and no more treehouse!) :( ...

Some of Paul Bochsler's pictures

I took a million silly pictures, thank goodness some of y'all were taking the same shot and are better photographers, but here are a few from my camera's perspective. Gosh, I'm trying to upload a zillion of them and it only takes four at a time. Bear with me. Note the 'two Jacks', 'Peter, Paul & Mary', and the oldest and youngest of the cousins. Paul
